Remanufacturing of Services

We infuse new life in old electric HT/LT, AC/DC rotating & static machines by rewinding, repairing, revamping and remanufacturing.

The covered range is from small solenoid coils to large motors & alternators up to 25MW.

We repair, rewind & service the power, distribution & furnace transformers of voltage rating up to 6.6KV

We manufacture all types of coils for AC/DC, HT/LT rotating and static machines including power reactors, transformers and suspended magnets in different shapes, sizes & applications.

Fabrication job like manufacturing, fitting or replacement of shaft, motor body, end shields, Bearing Housing Terminal Plate, Terminal Box or cooling systems, is also undertaken.

Mechanical repairs of Alternators, Motors & Transformers are also our specialty.

We undertake dynamic balancing jobs (up to 15 ton).

We undertake alignment, Installation, Commissioning, Dynamic balancing jobs in house & on Site.

We also supply electrical spares & promptly respond to service calls.

If called for or the situation so warrants, conditions, we do undertake repairs at site.
